Since 1998,  the heart of our operation and the lifeblood of our process has been that we  build every bed and headboard custom, specifically to our client's needs and desires  with uncompromising attention to quality and  detail.

We build our products to last a lifetime under normal everyday use.  The quality of each piece is checked over and ensured during every process of manufacturing.   

 

To give our customers ample amount of time to use and exam the product to ensure that everything meets or exceeds our clients standards we offer an ABOVE industry standard 3 year warranty that guarantees all of our products to be free from defects in materials & workmanship.

If a new pet chews up part of a footboard (which has happened) or a can of pepper spray explodes on your side table (also happened), or your bed frame becomes the canvas for a child with Sharpies (happens quite often), or careless furniture moving companies mishandle and damage your headboard (happened more than once)! 

 

We have been part of a lot of unique stories over the years, and we understand. Life happens.  We will help to fix whatever the issue at minimal cost to you during the lifetime of ownership of our product.

Our Mission is to offer a product that is superior in quality and design, as well as be competitively priced. 

 

We take great pride in all of our processes which include:

 

  • Quality woodwork. We skillfully work our wood frames with meticulous care and detail to the correct shape and size, creating a structure that is strong, stylish and completely accurate to the design. 

  • Symmetry and consistency in Upholstery.  Upholstery material is always pulled with even pressure across the entire piece in order to achieve the best balance of cushion as well as extend the life of the padding and materials.

  • Our tufting is an art form that requires great attention and patience so that every tuft is in line with the next, and offers appealing design and function to an attractive and comfortable piece.

  • Details and finishing touches. We apply our nailhead trim individually by hand, so that each nail is equally distant from the next and in straight and flowing lines.  Assembly and installation is always designed to be as simple as possible for the customer.  In most cases not requiring any tools for assembly.  Most of our beds take 5-10 minutes to assemble after unpacking.

  • Excellent Continued Customer Care.  We are here to answer any questions and assist in any way possible.

 

 

IMPORTANT:

Custom Order Terms of Sale

 

Custom orders begin production immediately and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.   Final balance is due upon completion and final approval by customer of product.

 

 

 

 

Our Materials Include:

Kiln-dried hand-selected lumber and the highest quality padding and upholstery materials.  All joints are glued, screwed and blocked for maximum stability.  Furniture legs are custom select from catalog. 

We use only non-toxic foam and padding.  Organic padding can be used by request at an additional cost. 

 

Fabrics that we provide are all durable, easy maintenance as well as easy to clean. They are also a great value. We are more than happy to use our clients fabric should they decide to want to provide their own.

SHIPPING DETAILS

 

Who We Ship With 

Unless requested otherwise, we ship with Saia Freight.  Service is Self Service CURBSIDE ONLY delivery with lift gate.   It is recommended to have someone available to assist moving order upon receiving. Freight drivers are not full service movers and do not bring furniture inside customer's residences due to liability.

 

White Glove Delivery Service

Customers can request White Glove Delivery where a separate service will bring the furniture into the home, setup furniture in requested place(s) and remove all packing materials.

White Glove delivery service may be available upon request, at an additional charge. 

 

Deliveries to Remote Areas

Freight trucks are large and can often be actual tractor trailers. If the road in which the package is being delivered is narrow or remote by the freight carriers™ required standards, the delivery truck may not be able to fit and accommodate delivery. In this instance, the delivery will need to be arranged at the closest main road. If a delivery to home is requested, additional fees may be required to accommodate.

Phone number is required with every freight shipment to ensure smooth delivery - carriers will call to schedule delivery.

All deliveries are to be done during business days / hours. Freight carriers only operate during business hours and business days. Weekend deliveries are not available at this time.
