After order is placed, communication will continue as needed if fabric selection needs to be confirmed, or a CAD drawing or other details require specification prior to production to ensure communication is clear and the product will be made just as desired. 

 

Photos of finished product are emailed to customer upon completion for approval prior to shipping.

RUSH SERVICE ORDERS: We will work overtime for you to get you exactly what you want, when you want it.  The Rush Fee will pay the overtime required so we can work nights and weekends if necessary, to get your order to you on time.

After review of Quote and upon agreement to terms, pricing and lead times the order can be placed by requesting to proceed.

​

Invoice will then be emailed to pay the Deposit payment.  The Balance will be due upon completion.  Invoices are emailed separately through Square™ Payment Processing.

FABRIC SAMPLES: Fabric samples are included with each order to confirm color and quality prior to production.

Please allow 5-7 business days after approval of final photos to wrap, pack and coordinate pickup.  Delivery/Transit times can vary from 2-10 business days once the order is picked up, depending on delivery area and availability.

 

If needed, orders can be held in storage for up to 14 days without any storage fees. Storage fees are $140 per month for orders not shipped out within 14 days.

Delivery Service Includes: 

• Call for Delivery Appointment

• Complimentary inside first floor delivery with assembly.

• Removal of all packing materials

• Additional services, i.e. TV mounting, Wall Mounting, 2nd floor delivery, etc.. may be at additional cost, or not available through the complimentary assembly service.

Please Note: If rescheduling a delivery appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours advance notice.  Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, or not being available may incur a reschedule fee of up to $199.   We want to make sure you receive your bed and are completely satisfied.  Please take the time to reach out to us if there are any issues or concerns about your new custom bed.
